How do you get rid of a Tired state?

Take the white Rest action printed on the card, paying its cost and meeting its difficulty. A rest symbol in brown on your Terrain or items makes it cheaper. Each Tired card needs its own Rest action, and you cannot start a Rest from a brown icon alone.
