How does the discount for moving toward a fire or another explorer work?
Several players agree and describe the character-card ability; the rulebook does not describe the discount.

Each main character's card reduces the Move cost by 1 when moving to a card with a fire figure or another explorer. Each involved character applies their own reduction, so several explorers moving together stack, but it applies only to the Move action. A fire resource printed on a card, rather than a fire figure, does not trigger it. Custom characters differ.
