It depends on player count and is shown on the Satchel & Journal: solo 4 items of up to 4 cards, 2 players 3 items of up to 3 cards, 3 players 2 items of up to 3, and 4 players 2 items of up to 2. You cannot add to a stack that has reached its limit, and the Woven Basket raises a stack's size limit.
