How do hand limits work for Skill, Bonus and State cards?
The rulebook gives limits for Skill and Bonus cards and none for State cards; players confirm they are counted per type.

Skill (blue hand) and Bonus (green hand) cards have limits set by player count on the Satchel & Journal, counted per type rather than as a combined total. State cards (red hand, including your Character card) have no limit, though you may hold only one of each State.
