Can I add all the Crystal's Song cards to the base game at once?

Yes, players say you can add all of its cards to the base set at once. They also advise including the extra 250, 559 and two 576 cards (shuffle the extra 250 in with the other 250s), and not taking white cards unless the game tells you to.
