How do you cross a cliff, river or bridge permanent event?
The rulebook says such events feature an action that moves figures to the far side.

From the Terrain card the event is attached to, take the event's own crossing action; it moves you to the Terrain card on the other side. A normal Move cannot cross it, and each crossing, in either direction, needs its own action.
