How to use: Activate using Heat and/or Electricity dice to gain a Smooth Motion Race Effect. You may combine both die types for a single activation.
Bonus: Any time you generate 3 Motion or 3 Smooth Motion Race Effects from using a Boost Card or from the activation of any Machine Part on your invention, gain 2 cogs and 1 shield.
