Place the Festival Cards facedown in the middle of the table.
Gameplay
Each round, at the start of the Market Phase, reveal the top card from the deck, making sure it is visible to all players. (Reshuffle the deck if there are no cards left.)
The card is in effect for the entire round. Its effect stacks with any other bonuses from other expansions that are already in play.
