What happens when you flip the Martian Sword of Power's top nation card?

If you choose the first option, flip the top nation card into your discard pile. If you choose the second option, discard a gadget from hand and break through for a matching suit. If the flipped card is Reactor Explosion, put it into play instead of the discard.
