Do Vineyards, Shaduf and similar passives trigger on materials gained indirectly?
Yes. They trigger whenever you gain materials from an in-play card with the matching icon, however the gain is caused, such as Prosperity's icons, Altar recalling a Fertile card or a production icon. The Gaining Materials keyword entry in the rulebook gives these examples.
