Do the Inuit start in Summer, and what hand size applies in Summer and Winter?

They start in Summer. You draw your normal 5 cards at setup, but at clean-up you draw up to the hand size on the face-up side at that moment: 3 in Summer, 5 in Winter. At the end of the Solstice you flip to Winter, so the second round starts with 3 cards in hand.
