How many cards does the bot resolve at Imperator difficulty?

At Imperator difficulty the bot resolves 4 cards on a die roll of 1-5, or all 5 on a 6. The 3 or 4 action counts apply only to the two lower difficulties. The card under the die stays unresolved, and a progress goes on the market card above it.
