Can I exile a card that has tokens or goods on it, such as a Trade Route?

Not from the Market, but yes for a card you own. The Exile keyword says you may never exile a card with tokens, but the designer later ruled that this restriction applies only to Market cards. A card of yours that is explicitly exiled (a Trade Route with goods, a card under Inuit Harpoon or Resurrection Stone) is still exiled, and you gain the resources on it. A Trade Route you own can be exiled if the effect allows exile.
