Edmond Halley
Special Ability
Halley's ability reflects the discovery of periodically returning comet. He may use his special comet to efficiently discoveries and even use it again and again.
Halley has three personal comet spaces and one special comet Tile. The comet spaces are:
- Give a lecture and gain one qadrant.
- Increase two of your dice by 3.
- Gain 7 points.
Halley's comet has two attributes. It has value 2 on the starting side and value 3 on the flipped side. You use it the same way as other comets while observing.
When you use it for the second time, you may place it on your personal comet spaces or on the game board.
When you trigger Spot a comet action, you may use this comet instead of one on your player board. This allows you to use this comet multiple times. Once you take it from comet page it was placed on, the reward on it becomes available again. That applies even for your personal comet pages.
