Scoring
The card's labels call for a Game Room and a Bathroom or a Kitchen. Under the Family and Friends module, a friend card is invited when the rooms it lists are on the same floor of your home board and next to each other (in any order), and its points are scored at the end of the game. Read this way, the card is worth 3 points when your Game Room is next to a Bathroom or a Kitchen on the same floor.
