Preparation
Place at Christmas Eve the enclosure with Squirrel face up in the middle of the table.
Playing the game
Use the same rules as for Zooloretto with the following exceptions:
The first player, to fill his 6-space enclosure gets the Squirrel enclosure as a bonus*. He takes it from the middle of the table and places it below his zoo board, in the vincinity of the barn. The Squirrel enclosure remains with this player until game end. The player may place no tiles in the Squirrel enclosure.
The Squirrel allows a player to move a tile from his barn to a delivery truck, as a money action, if possible. This costs 1 coin, and may be done once during the game. Keep track of usage by placing the spent coin on the Squirrel enclosure. It remains there until the end of the game and is not involved in the final scoring.
*When you play with the grizzly, polar bear or other similar expansions, the first player to fill their 6-space enclosure may choose which tile to take. Other players choose from the remaining tiles when they fill their own 6-space enclosure.
