Yokohama
Can I use a Foreign Mercenary more than once, or more than one per turn?
The rulebook limits use to once per turn and has you turn the token face down.

No. You may use only one per turn, and each token is flipped face down on use and cannot be reused or recycled. Used mercenaries also stop scoring at the end.
