Yokohama
How many trades do I get at Chinatown, and are they optional?
The rulebook lists exchanges per power.

One trade per point of power, up to five, and you may do fewer or none. Five power can sell five Teas for 1 Yen each. Mining Technology gives only one extra Copper per Chinatown visit, however many Copper trades you make.
