Object
Up to 8 players may play.
Players play words and get points for the longest word and the best word as decided by the judge. Play fast because the last person to play a word becomes the judge for the round instead of scoring.
For example, the key word might be "plant" so the judge would be likely to give the best word prize to somebody who played, "seed" or "power" as opposed to a player that played, "cannon". Note that the play of "cannon" would get a point for longest word in this case.

- 100 letter cards
- 1 ten sided die
- 30 chips
Setup
Shuffle the deck and deal each player 11 cards.
Method of Play
Each card has a letter, and 10 numbered words that start with that letter for use by the judge in determining the best word for the round.
At the start of each round, turn over the top card of the deck and roll a die to see which numbered word on that card will be the key word for this round.
Say the key word out loud.
Each player rearranges some of their cards to form a word and says, "Word" as they slap it down on the table face down in front of themselves.
Players may discard any number of cards instead of playing a word at this time.
When all but one player has played a word or discarded, time is up.
The player who hasn't yet played or discarded becomes the judge for this round to determine which player has the word that best relates to the key word. The judge does not get to play a word this round (but may discard one card).
Scoring
Beginning with the player to the left of the judge and going clockwise each player reveals their word and makes their case for why theirs is the most wordariffic word.
The player(s) with the longest word gets 1 chip.
The player with the best word as judged by the judge gets 3 chips.
The used letters go into the discard pile.
All players redraw up to 11 cards in hand. Shuffle the discards to reform the deck as needed.
Begin a new round.
Play continues until there are no more chips left.
Game End
On the turn where the chips run out, players may count virtual chips to add to their score.
The player with the most chips wins!
FAQ
What if the judge is playing favorites?
A player can contest a judge's ruling and the whole group will vote (judge wins ties). If the ruling is overturned, the judge must pay 3 tokens of their own to the player that contested the ruling.
