If a bird costs wild food or any food, which food space can I take on the Duet map?
The publisher confirmed nectar can stand for any specific food on a wild cost, and the rulebook's Oceania note says so.

Only a food you actually paid. A wild cost does not let you pick any food space; the token matches the food you spent. Nectar is the exception: if you pay a wild or 'any food' cost with nectar, you may treat it as any specific food, and nectar paid for a specific food counts as that food. A wild nest, on the other hand, can match any nest space.
