Can a bird that copies a migration power move into a habitat it couldn't normally live in?
Yes. A habitat icon limits where a bird can be played, not where it is moved. A copying bird takes the power for itself, so as the rightmost bird it can migrate, unlike a power that only repeats another bird's activation.
