Can I use cards unlocked in the campaign when playing standard Adventure mode?

Yes. Unlocked campaign cards can be used in Adventure mode and in later campaigns unless a card says otherwise, and unlocked Mission cards are added to those you already have. Event cards do nothing in Adventure mode.
