How does the ASTRA level change in a solo campaign, and what happens on a loss?

After a win you move up one ASTRA level for the next Adventure; after a loss you move down one, staying at level 1 if already there. When you lose an Adventure, ASTRA takes the first-place stars and you get the second-place stars, and you remain Captain.
