Which skyscraper bonus do I cross off when an ASTRA Effect card is drawn, and how many Solo bonuses do I get?

You choose any still-available highest bonus at the top or bottom of a skyscraper, in any order, so pick the one that hurts you least. Reaching a highest bonus earns exactly one Solo bonus; a Spanish rulebook saying two is a translation error.
