Ice Cream Truck
Own the best ice cream truck in the neighborhood.
The ice cream truck goes only once through each street and all missed ice cream orders are therefore lost.
When you write a number in a house, draw a line from the ice cream truck to that house. If the ice cream truck ends his trip in front of a house with an ice cream cone, circle it and then, cross off all other ice cream cones on the truck's trip.
As soon as you circle or cross off the last ice cream cone of one street, you earn a bonus of 1 point for each ice cream cone circled in the street. All other players must cross off this bonus, but can keep selling ice cream cones on that street.
When you start numbering the 3rd street, pick the ice cream truck you want from either side and cross off the other. Only one bonus applies for this street.
You earn 1 point for each scoop of ice cream circled during the game.
City Plans
- Build 3 estates of 4 houses with 3 ice cream cones sold in it.
- Sell all the ice cream cones in one street.
- Build 1 estate of 3 houses, 1 of 4 houses and 1 of 5 houses without any ice cream cone sold.
Solo Game
When a AAA Completed Plan card is drawn, cross off the ice cream cone bonus of the street corresponding to the card number. For example: when the AAA Completed card N°1 is drawn, cross off the ice cream cone bonus of the first street. At the end of the game, the AAA earns 25 points for the ice cream.
Outbreak
Zombies are coming! Load up and build barricades to protect your neighborhood.
To protect yourself, use the Real Estate Agent action to gain ammunition while improving the estates. When you check a box of the Real Estate zone with a bullet, circle the bullet in your inventory at the top of your sheet (you start with one bullet).
The Fence action allows you to build barricades, in addition to the regular fences between the houses. When you write a number associated with the Fence action in a house without a barricade, you can build a barricade in front of the house instead of a fence.
How Do the Zombies Move?
At the beginning of the game, take one of the 3 decks of Construction cards and divide it in 3 equal stacks of 9 cards. Shuffle a Zombie card in each of the stacks and pile them up back.
When a Zombie card is revealed, the zombies move immediately. You can shoot Zombies by spending an ammunition for each street where you want to prevent them from moving. Then, draw a line in the direction indicated by the Zombie card in each street in which the Zombies move, until the first gap in the barricades. If that gap has been filled by the player, nothing happens. If not, the house is infected: write a Z on its roof and build immediately fences on both sides of the house to avoid the propagation of the infection. Then discard the Zombie card and finish the turn as usual.
If you want to shuffle the cards after the first plan is validated, shuffle the 3 stacks separately.
City Plans
- Build all barricades on 2 streets.
- Build the 2 middle barricades on all streets.
- Use 5 ammunitions.
Solo Game
At the beginning of the game, divide the Construction cards into 2 equal stacks, then divide again one of the two stacks to get 3 stacks. Shuffle randomly a Zombie card in each of these 3 stacks. Then shuffle the AAA Validation cards into the larger stack, and place it below the others. At the end of the game, the AAA loses 5 points for permit refusal.
