What happens to Photon Blast or Overdrive when one of its two targets is defeated?
The rulebook says the token stays with the other target.

It stays with the surviving target and keeps counting against it, but no longer stuns. It sits there until the target is defeated or the warp ends, and a new enemy entering the empty slot is unaffected.
