The row always refills to five instead of four, and if you already have five or more you add nothing. Worker, Drone and Queen add their extra enemy to the right end of the row even when drawn during refilling. Stinging goes to the bottom of the deck as soon as it damages you, and Pheromones adds more enemies after the row of five is built.
