How do the three decks of The Endless work?
The publisher answered the deck handling in 2023; the Entrap point is a community choice.

At warp end, used enemies return to the deck of their own level, so level 1 stays level 1. When Worker, Drone or Queen adds an extra card, it comes from the deck of the same level as the one drawn, an exception the rules don't print. For Entrap against The Endless, one player suggests you choose which deck to draw from; there is no official ruling on that.
