If an enemy cannot be stunned by lasers, can a power token that counts as lasers stun it?
The publisher said counts-as tokens are always affected by the lasers and maneuvers keywords.

No — Photon Blast, Electro-Bot and any other token that says it counts as lasers is blocked by a restriction on lasers, so it won't stun The Dread, Berserk or similar targets. A Propulsion Cannon that lands face down is different: it just stuns the target and is not a laser.
