You do not lose. Its ability resets hull and shields to maximum and the current warp ends immediately, so you perform the full End of the Warp steps and tokens in play return to the bag. Shield damage and its token removal still resolve first, and you enter the next warp without having cleared enemies, so being destroyed this way is costly.
