Components

• 5 Drakkar tiles. Each tile shows the Viking ship artwork and the value marker "1" in its top-left corner.

Setup

• At the start of the game, each player takes one Drakkar tile and places it in front of them, face up.
• In a two-player game, each player takes two Drakkar tiles.
• Return any unused Drakkar tiles to the game box.

Drakkar Tiles

Instead of playing or discarding a tile on your turn, you may place up to two tiles from your hand beneath one of your Drakkar tiles.

• Each Drakkar may have no more than two tiles beneath it.
• After you have placed tiles beneath a Drakkar, draw tiles until you have five in your hand.

On a later turn, you may play a Drakkar tile, and then the tiles lying beneath it.

• You decide the order in which you play the tiles from beneath a Drakkar.

Scoring

• Each tile counts separately when scoring points.
