Card text: "3 [VP shield] per ([Worker] [Soldier] [Shadow] [Holy])"

Spelled out, the card reads: "3 VP per (Worker, Soldier, Shadow, Holy)."

The four icons in the parentheses are the four Building Type icons: the hammer is the Worker type, the helmet is the Soldier type, the crossed key and sword is the Shadow type, and the bird is the Holy type. The same four icons are printed down the left edge of the card.
The parentheses group the four icons as one set. The card scores 3 VP for each set of one Worker Building, one Soldier Building, one Shadow Building and one Holy Building in the player's Village. The BGG description states the same reading: "3 Victory Points for every set of 1 Worker, 1 Soldier, 1 Holy, and 1 Shadow Building you have built in your Village at the end of the game."
The card does not print when its points are scored. The promo's description on BGG gives the timing as the end of the game, and the card is scored with the other Victory Points in the base game's end-of-game scoring, as Victory Points granted by a card's special power are. The timing is not printed on the card and is noted here rather than added to the card text.
The circular icon at the top left of the card is a two-figure bust symbol, not a Building Type icon. It is not labelled on the card and is not reproduced as words here.
The purple shield at the top right of the card shows the value 1. This is the card's printed Victory Points value, not a part of the scoring text above.
