When does a Cycle Effect resolve?

At the end of the current character's turn, whether a Vagrant's or the Haint's, once any token type on the Cycle Track reaches its Cycle value (Iron Nails 5, Candles 4, Salt 3, Rabbit's Foot 2, Apple 2). Afterwards everything returns to the Bindle and it is shaken.
