Does a Haint move on every turn?
The rulebook says it only moves in the Move step.

- Vagrantsong rulebook · Rulebook · 3. Move the Haint
Only when the action has a Move value (the shoe icon). A Haint only moves in the Move step unless the action says otherwise. Actions without a Range treat Range as 1 while moving.
