Does discarding a Rummage Token to remove a Haint effect count as using it?
The rulebook says discarding doesn't count as using a token.

No — discarding is not using. The token goes to the Cycle Track, the effect is removed, and you get none of the token's usual benefit. Normally only the Vagrant with the effect can discard to remove it.
