What do you keep if you change to a different Vagrant between scenarios?
The Manage Vagrants step of the Camp Phase spells this out.

You keep Common Skills that are not Wounded and Junk that is not Broken, but you permanently discard the old Vagrant's Exclusive Skills, then take the new Vagrant's starting Skills. The new Vagrant cannot be one who is currently Westbound. Changing Vagrants generally makes you weaker.
