Ability:

3 Goodwill: On 1 other character in the same location, place 1 Goodwill token and remove 1 Paranoia token. Then, you may move the EX card on that character to 1 character in the same location as that character who is not UP主.

The source is two card photographs at about 214 by 300 and 229 by 308 pixels. The Chinese text was enlarged for reading. The words were transcribed from the enlarged text, not from any English source.
The printed Paranoia Limit header of Sennin is not legible at this resolution. The card's own Trait states that its Paranoia Limit is X, so X is transcribed as printed in the text.
On both cards the Chinese text uses the symbol ▲ where the word 為 ("is" / "as") is expected. It is read as 為 and translated accordingly. The symbol ○ in Sennin's first Trait is read as 0.
On UP主 the character 注 appears at the start of a sentence where a preposition ("to" / "on") is expected. It is read as that preposition and translated as "on".
On Sennin's Ability, the first word of the sentence about choosing a corpse is partly illegible. It is read as "choose" from the grammar. The word "X" in this Ability is the scenario value, as in the Trait.
The blue timing icon beside Sennin's Ability is not legible at this resolution. The usage limit text beside it reads 可使用限1次 ("usable 1 time"), which is transcribed as "usage limit: 1 time".
The Goodwill costs (5 for Sennin's Ability and 3 for UP主's Ability) are read from the number of heart tokens printed above each Ability.
The Chinese label 特性 is rendered as "Traits". Ability labels are rendered from the heart-cost layout of each card.
