Lashback needs actual HP loss, so damage absorbed by Defense or Buff HP doesn't trigger it, while Scalding Skin triggers on all damage dealt to her, even blocked. Her Set Ablaze damage doesn't happen if she is defeated first, as the battle ends immediately. At set-up her fireball hits a Mech starting position chosen by a d6, even with no Mech there. A combined multi-source combo triggers Lashback once.
