How does Tyrannical Typhoon count party weight?
Innate dice and locked dice count as on the mat. Nightshade's health is disputed (one reply no, a later reply yes), a Lab Rat party uses only the active Lab Rat, and Nightshade's initiative die can't be exhausted since she's always available.
