Yes. If the song doesn't say Target, it doesn't need one, so she can control any Baddie of the point value the side shows, and that Baddie doesn't have to be her Target later in the turn. Players read the controlled turn as an extra turn for Stanza, so Bleed or Poison start-of-turn dice don't trigger, but that is not an official ruling.
