How do Second Chances and Dissonant Dissidence interact?

Second Chances gives Bones on each affected unit's own turn: Party gives each Gearloc one, All gives every unit on the mat. Careless damage from Dissonant Dissidence then applies to those Bones whether or not they are slotted into the Backup Plan, and Baddies given a Bone trigger it on their turn.
