Does Riffle keep his hand between battles, and does he still draw when the battle ends on his turn?

He keeps his hand since nothing says to discard it. If his killing blow ends the battle, the end-of-turn draw is skipped. His next chance to draw back up is the end of his next turn in battle, unless a card allows otherwise.
