At the end of a round, if Duster is on the mat and below her max HP, judged by the HP under her chip (Buff HP doesn't count). She doesn't deploy if Duster healed back to full that round or was KO'd. Once Nightshade is on the mat she stays even if Duster later heals or is KO'd.
