The Hydro Valve is rolled first and costs a Dex like any die; any Bone it shows goes into his Bone slots. He needs no Hydro to roll Attack or Defense, only to use Hydro-cost skills. Power Converter starts as a skill die, is a counter, and isn't removed when used up; Gasket can spend any loot to reset it to its highest value.
