An arrow means the previous skill must be taken first, but when two arrows point to a skill only one is needed (Throwing Knives or Feign Death for the Vibroblade); star-marked slots have no prerequisite. Untargetable from Bottled Smoke or the innate lasts only until the start of her next turn.
