How can Dart get exhausted attack dice back?

Backup Plan 1 returns one attack die, Backup Plan 4 returns all of them, and the consumable die returns one to three; loot or skills can also unexhaust them. Going into or out of Dangerous mode does not (a playtest-era publisher answer), though one player says rampaging can, so check Dart's sheet.
