When are Dart's attack dice and Agents exhausted?

Dart's attack dice are exhausted only when rolled with an Agent; rolling them on their own leaves them available, including in Dangerous mode. When an Agent is used in the Backup Plan, the attack die rolled with it is exhausted and you take another Atk/Def die for the Bone. Going Dangerous doesn't unexhaust dice (a playtest-era answer).
