Nothing needs to be reset: the Undertow campaign is one continuous Adventure, so you keep your Skills, Loot, locked dice, consumables and the Day Counter. Only Progress Points reset. After a Tyrant falls, take a Recovery Phase and re-set the Baddie stacks to match the next Tyrant card.
