In what order does a Baddie's turn resolve?

Start-of-turn effects, then movement, then skills, with Defense dice rolled first, then Attack dice, then Backup Plans, then Tyrant dice. Defense dice are rolled at the start of its turn even with no target, and Backup Plan skills trigger once per turn however many Bones are rolled.
