What do the shield icons on a Baddie chip mean?
A yellow shield with a number is a starting Defense amount, typically on Mechs (the gold shield with Armor), which can regenerate. A black shield with a number rolls that many Defense dice each time the Baddie activates. Baddies rolling a bone on a Defense die with no bone ability get nothing.
